Most People Rely on Calcium - Researchers Studied a Different Protein

Did your family doc ever tell you calcium is good for your bones? Ours too.

Turns out… Calcium could do more harm than good.

In one of the largest bone health studies ever, women who took calcium and vitamin D every day did not see a difference in bone health risks.

Meanwhile, a recent study found that women who took THIS protein for 6 months gained 7% more bone density… Which is how much density the average person loses in SIX YEARS!

⇒ Use THIS protein if you want stronger bones.

Siri Finally Works, Please Clap!

Apple has finally upgraded Siri into something that can hold a normal conversation, understand your personal context, search through things like messages and receipts, work inside apps, edit photos, and even play the song you actually asked for.

Apparently this counts as a major breakthrough after more than a decade of Siri hearing “Call Mom” and deciding you meant “Find llama farms near me.”

The new version is in iOS 27 beta right now, and it seems much more useful. If you've ever repeated the same command three times while your phone stared back at you like you were the problem, congratulations. Your long national nightmare might finally be ending.

But think about this for a second.

At work, you're expected to understand context, remember what someone said yesterday, find the right file, use software properly, and not completely misunderstand a basic request. Siri is only now getting applause for doing the same thing.

Amazing career strategy, really.

Show up late, improve after 15 years, and suddenly everyone is impressed. The useful part is that Siri can now help with real daily tasks, like finding information buried in your phone, handling actions across apps, and answering follow-up questions without starting from zero every time.

Apple finally made Siri more helpful. The bar was on the floor, but at least somebody finally picked it up.
