OpenAI’s Fight Over Money, Control, and Its Nonprofit Mission

Musk says OpenAI started as a nonprofit for the public good, then moved toward a for-profit model that broke its promise.

OpenAI denies this and says Musk knew the plans, then turned against the company after failing to gain control.

The trial has brought up the private journal of Greg Brockman, OpenAI’s co-founder and president, along with questions about money, power, and OpenAI’s 2023 leadership crisis.

Former CTO Mira Murati said Sam Altman created “chaos” and distrust, but she still supported bringing him back because she feared OpenAI could fall apart.

Elon Musk Backs Warren Buffett’s Plan to Punish Congress Over U.S. Overspending

Elon Musk is supporting an old Warren Buffett idea to stop the U.S. government from spending more money than it brings in.

Buffett said Congress should pass a law that says lawmakers cannot run for reelection if the government’s overspending is more than 3% of the economy.

Musk shared the idea on X and wrote, “This is the way.” The idea is getting attention because U.S. debt is heading toward $40 trillion.

Buffett’s plan does not say what to cut or what taxes to raise. It simply puts pressure on Congress by making lawmakers’ own jobs depend on fixing the problem.

Tom Brady Roasts Kevin Hart Over 2017 Vegas Cheating Scandal in Netflix Special

Netflix put Kevin Hart in the hot seat during “The Roast of Kevin Hart,” a live special streamed on May 10 during Netflix Is a Joke Fest 2026.

Hosted by Shane Gillis, the show featured Tom Brady, The Rock, Katt Williams, Jeff Ross, Chelsea Handler, Pete Davidson, Regina Hall, Draymond Green, Serena Williams, Venus Williams, and Usher.

One of the biggest moments came when Tom Brady surprised the crowd and got revenge after Hart roasted him in 2024.

Brady joked about Hart’s 2017 Las Vegas cheating scandal involving his wife, Eniko Hart, using a line about going back to his “affairs in Las Vegas.”
