AI Is Moving From Chatbot To Co-Worker
The big shift is agentic AI. Instead of only answering questions, AI agents can now take steps: search websites, click buttons, write code, review documents, draft replies, and complete parts of a workflow.
OpenAI has shown agents that can use a browser and Anthropic says AI coding tools are doing more engineering work with fewer human corrections.
Legal and business teams are using AI to review contracts, summarize documents, and speed up work that used to take days.
If AI can do the first draft, research, checking, and clicking, your job may become less about doing every task yourself and more about knowing what to give it, what to check, and when to trust it.
Remote Work May Be Hurting Young Job Seekers More Than AI
According to new research from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York remote work may explain 64% of the recent rise in unemployment among young college graduates.
Unemployment for recent graduates ages 22 to 27 was 5.6% in March 2026, up from 3.6% in March 2019.
Experienced workers can often work remotely with less help.
Beginners usually need training, feedback, quick questions, and time around people to learn the job.

My Diabetes Health Closes $440,000 on StartEngine

Prem Saharasnam, MD: Founder of My Diabetes Tutor
My Diabetes Health, the investment entity behind My Diabetes Tutor, an accredited telehealth diabetes education platform has closed its Regulation Crowdfunding campaign, raising $440,000 from retail investors.
StartEngine categorizes this as Crowd Validation, a signal of meaningful investor interest the company intends to use to fuel its next phase of growth.
The momentum is reflected in the platform's performance. Through the first four months of 2026, patient referrals to My Diabetes Tutor grew approximately 160% compared to January, driven by expanding provider adoption. The platform has now completed more than 40,000 virtual sessions across 10,000+ patients, delivering an average 1.6-point A1C reduction, more than double the national average for diabetes education.
The company is not currently raising capital, but welcomes inquiries from partners, health systems, and insurers. Learn more at mydiabetestutor.com or email hello@mydiabetestutor.com. Those interested in future investment opportunities should reach out at investors@mydiabetestutor.com.
Workers Have Named Their Price for Returning to the Office:
A four-day workweek.
A survey of more than 4,000 U.S. workers found that 58% prefer fully remote work, 38% prefer hybrid, and only 4% want the office full-time.
When asked what would bring them back five days a week, 30% said a four-day workweek, another 30% said nothing would, a 15% raise only convinced 18%, and unlimited PTO convinced 12%.
Workers don't just want more money. They want time, control, and flexibility.
